This anti-loosening fastener series includes nylon-patch screws, flange-lock screws, and prevailing-torque lock nuts. The nylon patch deforms elastically when threaded into a mating hole, creating additional frictional torque that resists vibrational loosening. Unlike spring washers, nylon-patch locking does not damage the mating surface and remains effective for 5+ reassembly cycles. Performance tested per DIN 267-28 and ISO 2320.
