Surface Treatment Process

Different functions are achieved by forming a protective layer on the surface of fasteners: Electro-galvanizing/Zinc-nickel alloy and Zinc-aluminum coating provide anti-corrosion and anti-rust properties; Nickel plating and PVD coating enhance wear and corrosion resistance; Anodizing provides corrosion resistance, wear resistance and appearance protection for light alloy parts, while accurately controlling the friction coefficient to meet the requirements of corrosion resistance, wear resistance and assembly consistency under different working conditions.
