To explore new pathways for school-enterprise cooperation and serve regional industrial upgrading and talent cultivation, a nine-member delegation led by Cai Qilun, President of Handan University, visited the Yongnian Fastener Cloud Warehouse Showroom on the morning of December 2, 2025. Both sides held in-depth discussions on collaborative innovation in industry-academia-research, professional talent cultivation, and the transformation of technological achievements, jointly exploring how deep cooperation can inject new momentum into the regional fastener industry and local economic development.

I. On-site Visit: Gaining Insight into Frontier Industrial Operating Models

Accompanied by Wu Ziliang, the person in charge of the showroom, the leadership and faculty team from Handan University toured the various functional exhibition areas of the Yongnian Fastener Cloud Warehouse Showroom. The tour covered everything from traditional standard parts to intelligent warehousing and logistics systems, as well as comprehensive displays ranging from physical product showcases to digital supply chain management platforms. Through this visit, the university delegation gained a detailed understanding of the current development trends of the fastener industry, hotspots in technological innovation, and the operational logic and business models of the emerging "Cloud Warehouse" format. The showroom's modern spatial design, rich product matrix, and advanced digital management systems left a deep impression on the visiting university leaders and teachers.

II. Symposium Discussion: Jointly Mapping out a Blueprint for School-Enterprise Synergistic Development

Following the visit, both parties held a thematic symposium. Wu Ziliang first systematically introduced the development history, core business model, and future strategic planning of the Cloud Warehouse Showroom. He also highlighted the practical experience accumulated by the enterprise in promoting digital transformation, optimizing supply chain efficiency, and exploring cross-border e-commerce. The leaders from Handan University spoke highly of the Cloud Warehouse Showroom's innovative operating model and developmental achievements. Subsequently, the university side introduced its own strengths in relevant discipline construction, applied talent cultivation systems, and scientific research serving society. President Cai Qilun stated: "The fastener industry is a characteristic and advantageous industry in this region, which aligns highly with several of our college's professional directions, including Mechanical Engineering, E-commerce, Logistics Management, and International Trade. We look forward to achieving an organic connection between the education chain, talent chain, industry chain, and innovation chain through school-enterprise cooperation, realizing the goals of resource sharing and complementary advantages."

III. Focusing on Directions: Planning In-depth Paths for Industry-Academia-Research Cooperation

Based on mutual understanding and a shared vision, both sides engaged in pragmatic discussions on several specific directions for cooperation:

Talent Cultivation and Practical Teaching: Exploring the joint establishment of long-term, stable internship and training bases to provide students with practical platforms close to the industrial frontline; exploring "order-based" or "customized" talent cultivation models to directionally (deliver) specialized talent that meets corporate needs.
Industrial Innovation and Channel Expansion: Jointly researching and exploring new international pathways for fastener product sales, collectively focusing on and gradually venturing into online new media marketing directions such as Douyin (TikTok) live-streaming e-commerce and cross-border e-commerce.
Project R&D and Personnel Interaction: Conducting in-depth negotiations on projects such as student internship selection, bringing corporate mentors into schools, sending teachers to enterprises for temporary positions and training, and establishing long-term on-site cooperation mechanisms, aiming to promote two-way personnel flow and knowledge sharing.
Cultural Exchange and Trend Research: Planning to invite college lecturers or industry experts to hold lectures within the enterprise, facilitating exchanges on themes such as the international trade situation and foreign trade development trends, helping the enterprise grasp market dynamics and embark on new development journeys.

IV. Looking to the Future: Collaboratively Serving the Overall Regional Development

This negotiation has laid a solid foundation for long-term cooperation between the Yongnian Fastener Cloud Warehouse Showroom and Handan University. Both parties agreed to establish a normalized communication and coordination mechanism in the future, further refining and implementing various cooperation plans, and striving to push cooperative projects to land and yield results at an early date. Through deep school-enterprise cooperation, it will not only provide urgently needed talent support and intellectual backing for the sustainable development of the enterprise but also offer vivid practical scenarios and topic sources for the university's teaching reform and scientific research. Ultimately, both sides will jointly contribute their due strength to the transformation and upgrading of the fastener industry in Yongnian and even broader regions, as well as the sustained and healthy development of the local economy.
