To promote industrial integration and innovative development, the Hangzhou Fastener Industry Chamber of Commerce, in collaboration with the Xiaoshan District High-tech Enterprise Association, jointly organized an enterprise visit and exchange event themed "Synergistically Exploring New Opportunities, Co-existing in New Manufacturing" on November 5, 2025. The event attracted representatives from over thirty member units, who conducted on-site inspections and in-depth dialogues at the production and R&D frontlines of several benchmark enterprises.

The delegation's first stop was Loong (Hangzhou) Aircraft Maintenance Engineering Co., Ltd. As the first enterprise in Zhejiang Province to obtain qualifications for global bonded aircraft maintenance outside of customs special supervision zones, Loong Air demonstrates formidable strength in technological R&D and engineering applications. Representatives visited the aircraft maintenance assembly lines and core operational workshops, gaining detailed insights into the company's high-precision maintenance processes for critical aviation components, as well as the practical application and breakthrough achievements of its digital inspection and maintenance systems.

Next, the delegation arrived at Hangzhou Qianjiang Electric Group Co., Ltd. for a study tour. As a key player in China's electrical equipment sector, Qianjiang Electric has accumulated extensive experience in intelligent power transmission and distribution equipment as well as grid system solutions. The representatives toured the corporate product showroom and modern manufacturing workshops, observing advanced automated production lines and highly efficient management systems up close. They also engaged in in-depth discussions with company executives regarding corporate development strategies, technological evolution, and the iterative upgrading of production equipment.

Subsequently, the delegation visited Zhejiang Zhaofeng Electromechanical Co., Ltd., the chairman unit of the co-host, the Xiaoshan District High-tech Enterprise Association. Mr. Kong Aixiang, Chairman of the Association and Chairman of Zhaofeng Electromechanical, warmly welcomed the delegates and personally shared the company's latest progress in new product line layouts and intelligent robotics projects. As a national-level specialized, refined, differential, and innovative "Little Giant" enterprise, Zhaofeng Electromechanical has achieved remarkable success in the R&D and manufacturing of automotive wheel hub bearing units and full-process digital management, providing an invaluable reference model for the attendees. The representatives focused their inspection on the enterprise's digital operations management center and intelligent production workshops. They systematically learned about its corporate culture and developmental history, gaining firsthand knowledge of how this smart manufacturing benchmark achieves highly efficient operations through automated production lines and data-driven management models, as well as its innovative achievements across multiple dimensions including business models, technology, products, channels, and design R&D.

Following this, the delegates proceeded to the Shuibo Park campus of the International Campus of Zhejiang University in Hangzhou. Here, they experienced the operational mechanisms and scientific research capabilities of this high-level industry-academia-research platform up close, with a particular focus on its strategic layout and industrial transformation prospects in frontier technology fields such as advanced materials and micro-nano electronics.

At the final stop of the itinerary, the representatives gathered at Tailong Bank's Xiaoshan Branch to participate in a thematic seminar titled "Tech-Finance Empowering the High-Quality Development of Manufacturing." During the discussion, Huang Cheng'an, President of the Hangzhou Fastener Industry Chamber of Commerce, pointed out that although fasteners may seem insignificant, they are crucial elements determining the overall quality and reliability of products, serving as indispensable core foundational components for high-end equipment manufacturing. He emphasized that enterprises should currently prioritize cost reduction and efficiency enhancement as their core objectives. Furthermore, he noted the vast potential for cooperation among enterprises within the industry, urging them to further promote deep collaboration, open up information-sharing channels, and thereby consolidate the synergistic development power of the entire industry.

By comprehensively utilizing various formats such as on-site observation, live exchanges, and thematic seminars, this visit successfully built an efficient platform for resource and concept alignment between fastener enterprises and high-tech companies. It effectively promoted the deep integration of upstream and downstream sectors of the industrial chain in terms of technological innovation, resource allocation, and model innovation, injecting new vitality into the transformation, upgrading, and high-quality development of the manufacturing industry in Xiaoshan District and even the broader Hangzhou area.
