Zhenhai Fastener Association elects new leadership

[Abstract]:The Zhenhai District Fastener Industry Association held its First Member Congress of the Fourth Term, with Xu Pengfei re-elected as President.

On the afternoon of October 22, 2025, the Ningbo Zhenhai District Fastener Industry Association successfully held the First Member Congress of the Fourth Term. The meeting reviewed and approved the work report of the Third Council, elected the members of the new Council and Board of Supervisors, and Xu Pengfei was re-elected as the President of the Association.

In his work report on behalf of the Third Council, President Xu Pengfei pointed out that the past five years have been a crucial period for Zhenhai's fastener industry to overcome difficulties and achieve continuous development. Facing multiple challenges such as the impact of the pandemic, downward economic pressure, and resource constraints, the Association has consistently adhered to the working principle of "government guidance, association promotion, member participation, and coordinated advancement." By establishing a "12345" working mechanism and building "five major service platforms," the Association has taken practical measures to serve enterprise development and promote industrial transformation and upgrading.

The work report revealed that over the past five years, the Association has won more than 20 honors, including the National "Four-Good" Chamber of Commerce and provincial-level outstanding cases. Member enterprises have achieved a cumulative total industrial output value of 23.732 billion RMB, an export delivery value of 9.52 billion RMB, tax contributions of 2.764 billion RMB, profits of 1.952 billion RMB, and technical transformation investments of 688 million RMB. In terms of cultivating innovative entities, the Association has helped 35 enterprises become high-tech or specialized, refined, differential, and innovative (SRDI) enterprises. Among them, 12 enterprises were selected as National-Level SRDI "Little Giants," one was recognized as a National-Level Manufacturing Single Champion, and one was awarded the title of Provincial-Level Hidden Champion, demonstrating the innovative vitality and overall strength of Zhenhai's fastener industry.

During the meeting, Supervisor Cui Zilan delivered a financial work report, and Supervisor Chen Jianbo presented the work report of the Board of Supervisors. The Third Board of Supervisors strictly fulfilled its duties, ensuring the comprehensiveness and effectiveness of its oversight work.

All members sequentially reviewed and voted to approve the Articles of Association of the Zhenhai District Fastener Industry Association (Draft), the Financial Management System (Draft), the Membership Fee Standards for the Fourth Term (Draft), the Election Measures (Draft), and the relevant personnel list. The new Council and Board of Supervisors were elected, successfully completing the smooth transition of the Association's management structure.

In his inaugural speech, re-elected President Xu Pengfei stated that the global industrial chain is currently undergoing restructuring, presenting the industry with new challenges and opportunities. The new Council will focus its work on four key directions: "strengthening service functions, playing a bridging role, promoting innovative development, and enhancing self-construction." He emphasized that the Association must act as a "navigator" for industry development, a "close confidant" for member enterprises, and a "heart-to-heart bridge" for government-enterprise communication. By uniting all members, the Association aims to build a trustworthy and vibrant "industry home" and contribute to the high-quality development of Zhenhai's fastener industry.
