The Shenzhen Fastener Industry Association successfully held its third session, eighth board meeting on November 1, 2025. The meeting focused on the association's future development plans and review of important agenda items. The association's president, chairman, treasurer, secretary-general, and other key leaders attended the meeting and delivered reports. At the start of the meeting, the association president outlined the main objectives and discussion priorities of the board meeting in a keynote speech. The president stated that to continuously advance the association's work, the meeting would focus on reviewing key matters such as the addition of executive board members, election arrangements for the leadership transition, and expansion of exhibition cooperation.

Following deliberation and voting by all attending board members, the meeting successfully completed the following agenda items: nominating three candidate president units, finalizing the list of new executive board units, establishing a specific timeline for the 2025 association leadership transition, and requiring the secretariat to begin preparatory work in advance. Additionally, the meeting resolved to add a special cooperation project with the Medical Device Industry Association to existing exhibition cooperation.

The association chairman systematically summarized the work carried out from January to October 2024, reporting in detail on progress and achievements in key tasks, and positively evaluated the operational effectiveness of the association's monthly rotating president system. The meeting also made specific arrangements for the compilation of the 2025 association journal and the further development of follow-up activities.

The treasurer submitted a detailed financial report to the board, fully disclosing the association's revenues and expenditures. The content of the report was unanimously reviewed and approved by all board members.

In the final segment of the meeting, the secretary-general made an overall plan for the 2025 exhibition preparation, organization of board and general membership meetings, and daily management and service optimization of the association.
