For thread rolling, we utilize high-speed precision thread and profile rolling machines, ensuring accurate thread form, pitch, and pitch diameter for smooth fit and consistent torque. For products requiring special surface finishes, we operate fully automatic electroplating lines, eco-friendly Dacromet coating lines, and advanced vacuum coating equipment, guaranteeing uniform coating thickness and stability while improving environmental compliance and operational safety.

Beyond calipers, micrometers, and go/no-go gauges, we employ 2.5D optical measurement systems and coordinate measuring machines (CMM) for precise evaluation of complex profiles and geometric tolerances. Fully automated optical sorting machines perform 100% high-speed, high-precision inspection of dimensional characteristics and surface defects (cracks, burrs, damaged threads)—surpassing manual visual inspection and eliminating the risk of fatigue-induced oversight.

We have also fully implemented information management. Integration of MES (Manufacturing Execution System) with ERP enables real-time monitoring of equipment status, production progress, and quality data, making production management transparent and data-driven—providing a scientific basis for scheduling, efficiency analysis, and continuous improvement.
