According to CNIPA’s latest publication, Zhejiang ZEEKR Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. and Zhejiang Geely Holding Group Co., Ltd. jointly acquired a utility model patent titled Front Axle Rod Structure, Front Axle Assembly and Vehicle, Publication No. CN223546124 U filed in January 2025. Optimized fastener construction resolves recurring loosening defects of conventional front axle joints.
As a core chassis component, front axle rod connection determines vehicle handling and driving safety. Traditional clamping relies purely on threaded fasteners limited by stabilizer bar thickness; insufficient residual preload triggers loose fasteners under long-term vibration and incurs potential safety hazards.
