Jize, Changshu Hold Industrial Cooperation Talks

On the afternoon of October 27, 2025, Hu Yanfeng, County Governor of Jize County, Handan City, Hebei Province, led a delegation to Changshu Standard Parts Factory Co., Ltd. in Jiangsu Province for an on-site inspection and cooperation discussion. Jiang Yongfeng, Chairman of Changshu Standard Parts Factory, along with key management personnel, participated in the meeting. The two sides held practical discussions on topics such as industrial collaboration, capacity layout, and supply chain coordination, exploring cross-regional cooperation opportunities.

Accompanied by Shao Bo, Deputy General Manager of Changshu Standard Parts Factory, Governor Hu Yanfeng and his delegation toured the company's product exhibition hall and conducted in-depth field inspections of the cold heading workshop, heat treatment workshop, and packaging workshop. During the inspection, the Jize County leadership focused on the company's production processes, key equipment technology levels, and product quality control systems, offering positive assessments of Changshu Standard Parts Factory's performance in standardized management, technical expertise, and quality assurance.

Following the tour, a dedicated symposium was held. Chairman Jiang Yongfeng systematically introduced the company's technical advantages, production capacity, market presence, and future development plans in the standard parts industry. Building on prior communications, he elaborated on cooperation concepts such as jointly establishing production bases and strengthening supply chain coordination with Jize County, while also raising specific concerns regarding policy support and supporting conditions.

After listening attentively to the company's presentation, Governor Hu Yanfeng acknowledged the industry strength and development prospects of Changshu Standard Parts Factory. He detailed Jize County's advantages in industrial policies, land resources, transportation logistics, and business environment. He emphasized that the Jize County government would provide comprehensive services and supporting conditions to facilitate the efficient implementation of cooperation projects, aiming for mutual benefit and win-win outcomes.

The discussions further clarified the two sides' cooperation intentions and implementation pathways. Governor Hu Yanfeng stated that Jize County would promptly study and formulate targeted support measures to accelerate the realization of cooperation-related matters. Chairman Jiang Yongfeng also indicated that he would establish a dedicated working team to actively coordinate follow-up efforts, striving to achieve substantive progress in the cooperation at an early date.

Both sides agreed that this exchange had laid a solid foundation for deepening industrial collaboration. In the future, they will fully leverage their respective advantages in resources, technology, and markets to jointly build a sustainable cooperative relationship, supporting regional industrial coordinated development and transformation and upgrading.
