Dongguan Association Visits Member Enterprises for Exchange

[Abstract]:The Dongguan Fastener Industry Association organized a visit to three member enterprises to promote experience sharing and industrial synergy.

To strengthen deep connections among member enterprises and promote collaborative efforts across the industry chain, the Dongguan Fastener Industry Association organized an in-depth enterprise visit and exchange event on November 19. The delegation visited Dongguan Donglong Hardware Mold Machinery Co., Ltd., Dongguan Hongbin Optical Technology Co., Ltd., and Dongguan Yingxing Metal Surface Treatment Materials Co., Ltd. Through on-site inspections of production lines, in-depth dialogues with management, and sharing of cutting-edge industry experiences, the event aimed to build an efficient platform for enterprise resource matching. It also sought to drive complementary advantages in technology, market, and talent among member units, consolidate regional industrial development synergy, and inject new vitality into the transformation, upgrading, and high-quality advancement of Dongguan's fastener industry.

The first stop of the visit was Dongguan Donglong Hardware Mold Machinery Co., Ltd., the unit of the association's Chairman of the Board of Supervisors. General Manager Mr. Zhuo Hedong warmly welcomed the delegation and personally guided them through the company's self-built industrial park, modern production workshops, and comprehensive product exhibition areas. During the tour, Mr. Zhuo detailed the company's development milestones since its founding in 1998, highlighting its strategic layout and achievements in two core business segments: the R&D and manufacturing of high-end fastener molds, and the sales and service of imported screw equipment from Taiwan. Additionally, he shared practical experiences on how the company effectively operates its ISO9001:2015 quality management system and ERP mold management system to ensure product quality and enhance operational efficiency.

During the subsequent symposium, both parties engaged in candid and in-depth discussions on core issues of current industry concern, including technological innovation pathways, market expansion strategies, and professional talent cultivation. Donglong Hardware shared its long-held craftsman spirit of "precision manufacturing, pursuit of perfection, and courage to overcome technical challenges," as well as its "heart-centered" business philosophy. Next, the delegation visited Dongguan Hongbin Optical Technology Co., Ltd., the unit of the association's Executive Vice President. Registered in Chang'an, Dongguan in June 2015 with technical authorization from Taiwan Hongkai Technology Co., Ltd., the company has long focused on the R&D and production of automatic screw and nut optical image screening equipment. Its products are widely applicable to the automated inspection needs of various standard fasteners and special-shaped parts, and the company also provides professional incoming material inspection services to the market.

Led by General Manager Mr. Fan Wenwu, the delegation toured Hongbin Optical's production line. Mr. Fan showcased the company's core patents regarding glass disc inspection mechanisms and explained the working principles of precision visual inspection equipment in detail. He emphasized how these high-tech devices effectively solve quality control challenges in inspecting micro fasteners such as precision screws and miniature nuts, thereby helping clients significantly reduce defect rates and enhance the quality competitiveness of their final products. Member enterprise representatives engaged in thorough discussions with Mr. Fan regarding specific equipment application scenarios, further improvements in inspection precision, and standard procedures for inspection services, jointly exploring potential future technical collaborations and drawing valuable practical solutions for refining their own quality control systems.

The final stop of the visit was Dongguan Yingxing Metal Surface Treatment Materials Co., Ltd., the unit of the association's Vice President. Accompanied and briefed by Chairman Mr. Chen Jiangqing and General Manager Ms. Shi Hongmei, the delegation visited the company's culture exhibition hall, its internal training platform "Yingxing University," and the headquarters R&D center. Through this tour, the delegation gained an in-depth understanding of Yingxing's development trajectory, unique corporate culture, core business structure, key technological innovation achievements, and future strategic planning. As a professional enterprise deeply engaged in the surface treatment field of cold plastic processing for 28 years, Yingxing's profound technical accumulation and continuous capacity for innovative breakthroughs left a deep impression on the delegation.
