CFIC Council Meeting Held Successfully

[Abstract]:From December 8 to 9, 2025, the 2nd Executive Council and 2nd Council Meeting of the 9th Fastener Branch of the China General Machine Components Industry Association (CFIC) were successfully held in Haiyan, Zhejiang.

The agenda was compact and comprehensive, featuring the Executive Council meeting, an on-site enterprise visit, the full Council meeting, and a series of forums on high-quality development. The event aimed to summarize industry work, assess development trends, pool collective wisdom, and jointly blueprint the high-quality development of China's fastener industry for the "15th Five-Year Plan" period.

On the morning of December 8, the 2nd Executive Council Meeting kicked off the event. The meeting deliberated and approved several key proposals, including the 2025 Work Report of China's Fastener Industry, the Proposal on Adding Mr. Li Zhongming as Vice President of the CFIC, as well as the list of proposed new council units and the list of council and member units to be adjusted or withdrawn for 2025. Wang Chengju, Chairman of the China General Machine Components Industry Association, and Feng Jinyao, Honorary President of the CFIC, delivered speeches. They fully affirmed the branch's past achievements and provided earnest expectations and strategic guidance on how the industry can seize opportunities in the new era to achieve higher-quality development.

In the afternoon, all delegates visited Qifeng Precision Industry Technology Co., Ltd. for a study tour. The delegates went deep into the production frontline to inspect its advanced manufacturing processes and modern management models, personally experiencing the concrete practices and fruitful results of the fastener industry in promoting intelligent transformation and high-end upgrading. This visit provided a vivid real-world reference for theoretical discussions.

Following the tour, the 2nd Council Meeting was officially convened. The meeting heard and deliberated the 2025 Work Report of China's Fastener Industry titled "Responding to Changes, Fostering New Opportunities, and Uniting to Open New Chapters," delivered by CFIC President Xue Kangsheng. The report systematically reviewed the industry's development over the past year, analyzed the opportunities and challenges faced, and proposed future work ideas and development suggestions.

Meanwhile, the meeting voted to approve various proposals submitted by the Executive Council. As resolved, Li Zhongming, Chairman of Sijin Intelligent Forming Equipment Co., Ltd., was officially added as Vice President of the branch; seven units, including the Dongguan Fastener Industry Association, became new council units. The meeting also completed the adjustment of some council and member units in accordance with the association's regulations. Jiao Junhua, Secretary-General of the branch, announced the approved list of adjusted and withdrawing units on-site.

To honor excellence and set benchmarks, the meeting also recognized a group of outstanding enterprises in the industry. Five companies, including Ningbo Sijin Intelligent Forming Equipment Co., Ltd. and Beijing Jinzhaobo High-Strength Fastener Co., Ltd., were awarded the "2025 Advanced Enterprise for Technological Innovation." Eight companies, including Qifeng Precision Industry Technology Co., Ltd. and Zhejiang Dongrui Machinery Industry Co., Ltd., were named "2025 Industry Enthusiastic Contribution Units."

During the meeting, the Initiative of the 2nd Meeting of the 9th CFIC was solemnly read. Calling on all industry peers to take active steps to jointly promote the healthy development of the industry, the initiative received unanimous support and was approved by the attending council members. Chairman Wang Chengju delivered another speech, positively evaluating the achievements of the council meeting and providing macro-level guidance on how the industry can seize strategic opportunities and plan a path for high-quality development in the new era.

On December 9, the event proceeded to the High-Quality Development Forum series. Enterprise representatives—including Chen Yuezong, Chairman of Qifeng Precision Industry Technology Co., Ltd.; Gu Shishan, Expert at Aikesi Mi (Suzhou) Information Technology Co., Ltd.; and Yue Laipeng, Chairman of Yueyi Technology Co., Ltd.—along with Jiao Junhua, Secretary-General of the CFIC, and Ding Baoping, Director of the National Fastener Standardization Technical Committee, delivered keynote speeches. The speeches revolved around four core dimensions: corporate strategic planning, digital transformation and intelligent application, solidifying quality foundations, and standard-led innovation. Gathering cutting-edge industry wisdom with diverse perspectives and practical content, the forum provided a magnificent intellectual feast for attendees and offered valuable theoretical insights and practical references for China's fastener industry to迈向 higher levels of development.

The successful hosting of this Council Meeting and its series of activities effectively built industry consensus, clarified future development paths, and injected strong intellectual motivation and collective action for the entire industry as it strides into the new development stage of the "15th Five-Year Plan."
