This initiative will establish a complete industrial loop of "R&D - Production - Application," with expectations to attract over 80,000 professional visitors, further solidifying its status as the global bellwether for the fastener industry.

The addition of this pavilion is a strategic move aligned with prevailing industry trends. In recent years, driven by the rapid development of sectors like new energy vehicles, aerospace, and high-end equipment, market demand for intelligent, low-carbon, and premium fasteners has surged. Data indicates that in 2025, China's smart fastener market reached 4.5 billion RMB (a 40% year-on-year increase), and the low-carbon fastener market hit 12 billion RMB (up 35%). To address the previous lack of dedicated exhibition space for these premium segments, the newly added 50,000-square-meter High-End Smart Manufacturing Pavilion will be divided into three specialized zones to precisely meet market demands.

Exhibits will cover preload monitoring bolts for wind turbines, temperature-sensing nuts for automobiles, and vibration-monitoring fasteners for construction. Additionally, a "Smart Fastening Experience Area" will allow visitors to personally experience the installation, data collection, and early warning functions of these innovative products.

2. Low-Carbon Fasteners Zone
This zone will concentrate on presenting green materials and environmentally friendly processes. It will feature low-carbon material products such as recycled steel, titanium alloy, and carbon fiber composite fasteners, alongside eco-friendly process equipment including phosphorus-free coatings, nano-coatings, and vacuum heat treatment. Major steel enterprises like Baosteel and Magang will display their latest low-carbon wire rods, while companies like BASF and Yingxing Environmental Protection will present eco-friendly surface treatment solutions to help manufacturers reduce costs and carbon emissions. Furthermore, a "Carbon Footprint Accounting Service Center" will be established, inviting third-party institutions to provide one-stop services for product carbon footprint accounting and certification, assisting enterprises in navigating international carbon tariff policies.

3. Aerospace & High-End Equipment Fasteners Zone
Targeting the highest levels of technical proficiency, this zone focuses on premium sectors such as aerospace, nuclear power, and marine engineering. Exhibits will include high-strength bolts (Grade 12.9 and above), special fasteners capable of withstanding temperatures exceeding 600℃, and miniature fasteners with diameters under 0.5mm. Enterprises like Baoji Titanium Industry and Zhongfu Shenying will showcase titanium alloy and carbon fiber composite fasteners, while Zhejiang Sijin Machinery will exhibit precision cold heading equipment essential for producing these high-end components. The committee has partnered with major industry players like COMAC, CGN, and CSIC to organize professional procurement delegations, with expected on-site contract values surpassing 1 billion RMB.
