According to official information from Zhoushan Release, Zhoushan Zhengyuan Standard Parts Co., Ltd. has formally signed an annual strategic cooperation framework agreement with Goldwind Science and Technology (002202), a leading domestic wind power equipment manufacturer, securing a 500 million yuan annual order for wind power fasteners. This milestone reflects the growing global competitiveness of Chinese high-end fasteners and injects strong momentum into industry development.

This 500 million yuan order represents the largest in the history of cooperation between Zhengyuan Standard Parts and Goldwind, marking a significant breakthrough for domestic wind power fasteners. The order allocation is clear: 80% of products will supply the domestic wind power market, supporting China's new energy capacity expansion under its dual-carbon goals, while 20% will be exported overseas, officially entering wind power project supply chains in the EU, Middle East, Brazil, Vietnam, and other international markets, breaking overseas reliance on European fasteners. Wang Bin, Deputy General Manager of the company, stated that Goldwind's overseas fastener procurement previously depended mainly on European manufacturers. This cooperation demonstrates that Zhengyuan's product quality and technical standards have reached international high-end levels, gaining recognition from global markets.

Beyond wind power, Zhengyuan has also achieved notable success in the petrochemical high-end fastener market. Its API Level III high-end fasteners, featuring excellent corrosion resistance and high strength, have entered the global supply chains of Schlumberger and Cameron, leading international oilfield service providers, gaining broad recognition from mainstream global oil and gas markets. Sales of this product line are expected to grow three to four times this year.

Behind this surge in orders lies the company's continuous investment in digital and intelligent transformation. As a benchmark enterprise in domestic wind power fasteners, Zhengyuan has established an integrated system of R&D, intelligent manufacturing, and global services. The hot-forged bolt automatic line has improved efficiency by 30% and product qualification rate by 80% while significantly reducing labor costs. A newly introduced Dacromet coating automatic line has increased coating efficiency by approximately 25%.

Zhengyuan currently holds 800 million yuan in total annual orders, with production scheduled through June this year and an annual output value target of 1 billion yuan. Phase III of the AI Super Smart Factory is under accelerated construction, with piling progress exceeding 90%. With a total investment of 500 million yuan, the Phase III facility will be built to intelligent manufacturing maturity Level 5 standards, featuring a 5G + Industrial Internet + AI three-tier technical architecture. Construction is expected to begin after the Spring Festival, with equipment installation in the second half of the year and trial production next year. Upon full operation, total group output value is expected to reach 1.5 billion yuan.
